About Us

About alice chilton

alice chilton was founded by local businesswoman Karen Perry and her husband Simon in July 2014. Their philosophy for the business is straightforward and simple – they are committed to raising the standards of in-home care and believe in the reward and recognition of the people who carry out this special support. They have brought together the very best principles and practices of in-home care together with their personal drive to raise standards, not only within their own business but across the sector.

At alice chilton we believe that everyone should be entitled to live independently at home and have complete trust and confidence in the people they employ to provide this special service.

We understand that everyone is unique which is why our care and support is personalised to their individual needs and flexible to allow for changes as they arise. If you would like to discuss care and support for yourself, a family member or friend then please get in touch, we would be delighted to help.
