Autumn is here and this is the time that we are encouraged by the NHS and health professionals to prepare for the winter season by having the flu vaccine. We have detailed information in the newsletter of who is eligible for a free vaccine and how to make an appointment. 

Client satisfaction is very important to us and we regularly seek feedback on the support and service we provide. Our clients and family members will receive a survey later this month asking for their thoughts and feedback. The survey is anonymous to encourage more responses and open and honest feedback. The more responses we receive the better understanding we will have on areas for improvement and what is working well. 

This edition also has a focus on fall prevention at home but it’s also important to take care when you’re out and about especially now with the falling leaves and wet weather. We have a detailed fact sheet about preventing falls both inside and outside of the home, let us know if you would like to receive a copy.
